Our Program - What We Do
The Window Dekor window treatment dealer training program has been developed over the past 35 years.
Our staff and trainers have worked with hundreds of people just like you that wanted to get into the design and sale of high quality blinds, shades, shutters and draperies.
As with any new endeavor there is always a lot to learn. For most people the initial training class is real eye opener. Responses quite often are, “I never knew there was so much to know about window treatments” and “Boy, I am so glad I did not try to do this on my own”. Once you decide to become a Window Dekor trained professional you will most likely feel the same way.
Our window treatment training program is designed to take the absolute novice and help him/her to confidently represent themselves as a knowledgeable professional in helping both residential and business customers choose the highest quality, best brand window treatments for their home and business establishments. It can be quite rewarding and a lot of fun.
Unlike other programs where all you receive is some manuals and training dvd’s, the family environment of our three day training class helps our students learn in a comfortable and relaxed environment. While there is a lot to learn, we want everyone to have a great time and absorb as much as possible.
There’s no need to worry though if you don’t get it all in class; we are always here to help and answer any questions that you have going forward.
